Check-in is available from 3 pm to 8 pm; check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability, or for an additional charge.

Yes, a generous breakfast buffet is included in the price of our rooms. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 am to 10.00 am in the hotel restaurant. 

The hotel does not have its own car park. At reception, we will be happy to advise you on parking options in the immediate vicinity, around 100 metres from the hotel, whether paid or free.

Your four-legged friend is welcome here. Please note that there is a surcharge of 800 CZK per dog per night. Please add your dog as an additional service during the booking process and a bed, bowls, a towel for wiping paws and dog treats will be waiting for them on arrival.

Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant during breakfast or in the wellness area.

Children under 2.99 years of age stay free of charge without a bed. If you would like a cot provided, please select this option as an ‘extra’ in the second step of the booking process. The cot is free of charge. 

Yes, we have a lockable room available for our guests, designed for the safe storage of skis, snowboards and bicycles, where you can also conveniently store a pushchair. The room is equipped with bike racks and there are also power sockets for easy charging of electric bikes. Access to the storage room is restricted to guests staying at the property.

Access to the wellness area is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the hotel and costs 250 CZK per person for 90 minutes. To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, access is restricted to guests aged 12 and over.

Private hire: We offer the option of exclusive private hire of the entire wellness centre for maximum privacy. We will be happy to provide details of the price and availability of private access at reception, where we recommend making a booking in advance.
